In this episode I talk with Dr. Ellen Clarke, founder of Brain Evolved and cognition and neuropsychology expert, on how to keep your brain fit.
Dr. Clarke earned her PhD in Human Factors and Applied Cognition, and realized during graduate school that she did not want to pursue the typical tracks followed by most academics in her field. After getting her degree, she realized that there was a need for the brain training techniques she had been trained in, but there was not yet a business in the area fulfilling that need. Brain Evolved was then formed, allowing her to offer brain fitness coaching as well as workshops to individuals looking to improve brain power and performance.
